1. Return & Exchange Policy

• We accept returns and exchanges only for unused, unwashed, and unworn items that are in their original condition with tags and packaging intact.

• Return requests must be made within 7 days of delivery.

• To initiate a return or exchange, please contact us via email or WhatsApp with your order number, item details, and reason for return.

Please Note:
Items that have been custom-stitched, altered, or tailored as per your measurements cannot be returned or exchanged.

2. Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and customization reasons, the following items are not eligible for return or exchange:

• Custom-stitched suits

• Altered garments

• Sale or discounted items

• Accessories (like dupattas sold separately)

3. Refund Policy

Once your return is approved and the item is received in good condition, we will process your refund within 5–7 business days.

Refunds will be made through the original mode of payment.
If your payment was made via Cash on Delivery (COD), we’ll issue a refund through bank transfer or store credit after confirmation.

4. Exchange Policy

If you’d like to exchange an item for a different size or product:

• Please raise an exchange request within 7 days of delivery.

• Exchanges are subject to product availability.

• You may need to bear the shipping charges for sending the product back to us.

5. Damaged or Wrong Product

We take utmost care to ensure your order reaches you safely.
If you receive a damaged, defective, or wrong item, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the product.
We will arrange for a replacement or refund as quickly as possible.

6. Cancellation Policy

• Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placing them if they haven’t been processed or shipped.

• Once dispatched, orders cannot be cancelled.
